SUMMARY:LREC-COLING 2024
DESCRIPTION:Two major international key players in the area of ​​Computational Linguistics – the ELRA Language Resources Association (ELRA) and the International Committee on Computational Linguistics (ICCL) – have joined their forces to organize LREC-COLING 2024\, the Joint International Conference on Computational Linguistics\, Language Resources and Evaluation\, which will be held at the Lingotto Conference Centre in Torino (IT) as well as in a virtual format from 20 to 25 May 2024. \n\n\n\nThe hybrid Conference will bring together researchers and practitioners in Computational Linguistics\, Speech\, Multimodality and Natural Language Processing\, with a special attention to Evaluation and the development of Language Resources that support work in these areas. \n\n\n\nFollowing the tradition of the well-established COLING and LREC Conferences\, LREC-COLING 2024 will feature grand challenges and provide attendees with ample opportunities for exchanging information and ideas through oral presentations and extensive poster sessions\, complemented by a friendly social program. \n\n\n\nThe Main Conference\, scheduled from 22 to 24 May 2024\, will be preceded and followed by a series of Workshops and Tutorials\, scheduled for 20\, 21 and 25 May 2024. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n1st Call for Papers\n\n\n\n2nd Call for Papers\n\n\n\nCall for Worshops\n\n\n\nCall for Tutorials\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSubmisssion Deadlines\n\n\n\nLong\, Short and Position Papers:  13/10/2023 20/10/2023Workshop and Tutorial Proposals:  13/10/2023 20/10/2023 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCommitment to Diversity\, Inclusion and Anti-Harassment\n\n\n\nLREC-COLING 2024 adheres to a strong Anti-Harassment Policy. SUMMARY:LT4All 2025
DESCRIPTION:The 2nd International Conference on Language Technologies for All (LT4All 2025) will be held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris from 24 to 26 February 2025 as part of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022-2032) and will commemorate the Silver Jubilee of International Mother Language Day. \n\n\n\nThis edition of the Conference has as its theme Advancing Humanism through Language Technologies and as its aim furthering the agenda of language technologies with a focus on community empowerment. \n\n\n\nIt will try to explore the relationships among technologies\, languages and their related communities from scientific\, technical\, cultural\, linguistic\, economic\, political and ethical perspectives. \n\n\n\nThe Conference will try to bring together scientific and technological solution providers and representatives of linguistic communities. \n\n\n\nAnyone with a relevant proposal to share is invited to submit it to LT4All 2025 Secretariat for selection and inclusion in one of the sessions of the Conference Programme Tracks. \n\n\n\nThe Conference expected audience includes representatives from UNESCO\, governments\, academia\, language technology researchers\, linguists\, industrialists\, indigenous communities and language policy makers worldwide. \n\n\n\nAttendance is by invitation\, with a maximum of 400 participants. \n\n\n\nAnyone wishing to attend the Conference can submit an expression of interest through the Web site contact form. \n\n\n\nLT4All 2025 is organized by ELRA and SIGUL – the ELRA/ISCA Special Interest Group on Under-resourced Languages – in partnership with UNESCO. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramme at a Glance\n\n\n\nFull Programme\n\n\n\nBook of Abstracts\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Venue
