The ELRA Language Resources Association (ELRA) and the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA) are pleased to announce that SIGUL 2023, the 2^nd Annual Meeting of the ELRA/ISCA Special Interest Group on Under-resourced Languages, will take place in Dublin (IE) in August 2023 as a Satellite Workshop of Interspeech 2023.
